Actions execute after form submit. You can add multiple actions and customize them.

Save Database

When your form answers are saved, you can arrange from here that IP and User-Agent- Info are saved.

Send Email

When the form is completed, you can send e-mail to any address you want by also including the information you got from the form content.

In order to send an e-mail, first you need to define E-Mail System from the setting page.

Sender: Sender info. To: Addresses to which e-mail is sent. You can add multiple email address by splitting with comma (,) Email Subject: Email subject. You can also enter form name to this part dynamically {form_name} Attach Uploaded Files: You can attach the uploaded files along with the upload element to e-mail. Attach Submission PDF: You can choose to add form submissions as pdf.

Mail Content: You can change it as you wish. You can also include the elements in the content by selecting them.

Advanced Settings: You can assign Cc, Bcc and Reply to Email values to your email posts.

You can delete the action you created by entering Delete Action.

Auto Responder

When the form is completed, you can send message to e-mail address you took from the form by also including the information you collected from the form.

Email Subject: You can also enter form name to this part dynamically {form_name} Send To: You must select the email element to which email is sent and your visitor logs-in. Attach Uploaded Files: You can attach the uploaded files along with the upload element to e-mail. Attach Submission PDF: You can choose to add form submissions as pdf.

Generate PDF

Logo: You can add your logo to the created pdf. Title, Header, Footer: Variables, you can add your dynamic content to the relevant fields in pdf.

MailChimp

You can add the mail addresses you gathered to mailchimp newsletter lists.

First, MailChimp api key must be entered from settings.

SendGrid

You can add the email addresses that you collected to SendGrid newsletter lists.

First, SendGrid api key must be entered from settings.

Mail List: After API key info is entered, you mail lists are going to be auto-updated. You can select your list in which you include email addresses from here. Email Field: You can select the email address that you want to include in your list. First Name: You can add First Name info along with form element to your SendGrid lists. Last Name: You can add Last Name info along with form element to your SendGrid lists.
